ලපටි තණ පත් හුස්ම හිර කළ
ගඟකි ප්රේමය, කියති සමහරු
ආත්මයේ ලේ ගැලුම් ඇති කළ
සැතකි ප්රේමය, කියති සමහරු
නොනිමි රිදුමකි කුසගින්න වැනි
දැවුම ප්රේරමය, කියති සමහරු
මලක්මයි එය , නුඹයි ප්රභවය
එයයි ප්රේමය කියන්නෙමි මම

බිඳේ යැයි බිය හදවතක්මයි
කිසි දිනක රැඟුමක් නොදත්තේ
